There is no minimum order condition in India.
For Indian Orders
We are very quick at processing orders, which means that cancelling or amending the order may not be possible after the order has been shipped.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Before you return a Hepburnette product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted and are thus exclusive and slightly different from each other. Such differences are not defects rather they are the results of uniqueness embodied in such craft forms.
However, in case you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason; we will refund the amount once we have received the original product.
Return Policy (India)
Before our orders are shipped, we carefully inspect all our products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within seven (7) days from the date on which it was delivered, subject to the following terms & conditions:-
- The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
- Product(s) should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Please inform our Customer Care department at firstname.lastname@example.org in the event any product(s) (except footwear) are delivered without tags.
- Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- For any products that are returned, the actual paid amount would only be refunded.
- All footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable.
Procedure for Returns:
If you wish to return an item for any reason, please sign in into your Hepburnette account and follow the instructions below:
- Access the Orders History section of your account.
- Select the order from which you want to return an item.
- Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
- Add an explanation, in order for the shop team to better understand why the customer wants to return this product.
- Once your return is authorized, kindly courier the product to our registered office mentioned in the invoice.
- You need to email your account details and courier slip to email@example.com for reimbursement of the courier charges and amount paid for the product.
- Once we receive the original product, we would send you a notification. The courier charges and the total amount paid by you for the product would be credited to your account in 7-10 working days.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.
